Deliveries

Packages are usually shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your payment and subject to availability in stock.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping costs. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Fragile products: If you observe the slightest degradation of your package upon receipt, we invite you to immediately express written reservations on the carrier’s slip, otherwise your possible claim can not be taken into account (Article L216-5 of the Consumer Code)

The transport of your package:

1 - For metropolitan France

A - DPD predict

5 other delivery methods :

– By appointment, in a time slot of 3 hours.

– Delivery to a point HERE relay.

– Delivery to a neighbor (concierge, friend …).

– Delivery to another address (place of work, holiday residence, etc.)

– Withdrawal in dpd agency

b - DPD Relay Point

If you prefer, you can have your package delivered in metropolitan France to a relay point near you, where you can pick up your package at a time that suits you.

CAUTION: Package in Relay Point must not exceed 1 m long and 20 kg.

So, no sending of mounted weapons, blades, trolley for covers, nor covers 1200, 1285 and 1256 in Point Relais.

2 - For the European Union

A - DPD classic for delivery

Presentation and notice of passage. You will be notified of the arrival of your package by email.

3 - For the overseas territories and Switzerland

For the overseas territories and Switzerland, parcels are sent by La Poste in Colissimo which allows you to track your parcel and insure it.

4 - for other countries or regions of the world

For other countries or regions of the world, packages are sent by DHL. Fast delivery in a few days.
